At Florida Community Loan Fund, our mission is to provide flexible capital and staff expertise to improve lives and communities for Florida’s low-income residents. Over $300 Million invested in Florida communities. FCLF's flexible financing helps bring stability and success to the many nonprofit and for-profit mission-based organizations that work together to improve low-income communities.

FCLF Impact 2017 06 30

Our Impact through the year ended June 30, 2017:
• $306 million in financing, through 276 loans to 156 borrowing organizations
• $65 million in Total Assets
• 4,645 housing units financed for low-income Floridians
• 121 community facilities financed, representing 2 million square feet of new or renovated construction
• 183,000 Floridians reached annually with social services provided through the projects we have financed
​• 10,690 jobs created or retained in Florida Communities.

FHC Conference

We have just received word that due to Hurricane Irma, the Florida Housing Coalition Conference that was scheduled for next week has been postponed. Check the FHC Conference website or watch FCLF's social media for updates.

Florida Housing Coalition Conference is coming soon. Florida's statewide Affordable Housing Training and Technical Assistance event takes place September 10-13, 2017, in Orlando. The FHC annual conference draws more than 700 housing professionals from all over the state. FCLF is proud to be a Sponsor of the FHC Conference.
