BORP: Adaptive Sports and Recreation LOGODonate Now

October 2016 BORP Newsletter

Dear BORP Supporter,

We had another amazing REVOLUTION on September 24th—thanks to everyone (and it really does take a village) for helping BORP to raise funds to support our core programming. Next year will be the 15th anniversary of the Revolution, so please mark September 23, 2017 on your calendar today.

We are also really excited to be partnering with the Golden State Warriors on BORP Night at Oracle Arena on December 17. The really cool part of the deal is this: if we can sell 100 tickets by October 31st, BORP's Junior Road Warriors will get to play on center court before the game. And, for each ticket sold, BORP gets a portion of the ticket price as a contribution in support of our youth basketball program. You can learn more and buy tickets by clicking here.

In closing, I want to introduce Betsy Dorsett, our new Communications & Development Manager. Betsy is taking over for Carrie King who just began a graduate program at U.C. Davis. While it is always hard to lose a terrific employee like Carrie, we are thrilled to have Betsy as part of the BORP team!
