PARENT INVOLVEMENT
ECLIPSE REMINDERS FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 21
  • Safety precautions will be presented to all students by instructing them to not look directly at the sun at any time.  We strongly encourage you to reinforce this with your child prior to Monday.
  • 8th grade students will view the partial eclipse as a part of their earth science curriculum through a safe alternative method for viewing called pinhole projection.
  • If you have individual questions regarding your child’s vision or exposure during the eclipse, please contact a qualified eye-care professional for any advice or questions.
