JV BOYS VOLLEYBALL
The JV Boys Volleyball team defeated Notre Dame Prep last Friday in two sets:  25-11, 25-11.  The team effort showcased everyone’s playing ability allowing them to bring home the victory.
VARSITY BASEBALL
The Baseball team concluded a successful spring break leaving the team undefeated in power point games.  This positive start is the result of contributions from all members of the team.  During the Arizona Lutheran game, every player reached base safely.  The team had strong pitching performances by Cooper Brown, Jake Matise, Spencer Brown, and Chris Hernandez.  Hitting and defense has been well executed throughout the team with standouts being Nic Hackelton and Adam Mendoza.  Trey Faulkner has contributed stellar play in the outfield and has been consistently on base from the leadoff position.
CO-ED TRACK & FIELD
Over spring break, the Track team competed at the 77th Annual Nike Chandler Rotary Meet. Highlighting the day was Noe Ramirez running a 5:00 minute flat 1600 meter. Trevor Tam competed in the Elite 1600 meter and finished 12th in a field filled with some great talent. Torie Farhar ran a season best of 6:38 minutes in the 1600 meter.

LEARN... BELIEVE... DREAM... DARE
Model United Nations Club sent four delegates to the University of Arizona during Spring Break to compete in AZMUN55 Conference. Nicole Johnson, Mahika Goel, Cameron Noble, and Cameron Vega represented Horizon Honors well. Nicole Johnson and Mahika Goel, our fearless freshman, did an outstanding job while competing against upperclassmen from all over Arizona and Mexico. Cameron Noble scored top marks and great praise from his committee chair person. Cameron Vega, representing Denmark, won the coveted Distinguished Delegate Award, an amazing accomplishment especially since this was only his second conference.

ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL DAY SCHEDULE – TESTING – MARK YOUR CALENDAR
