Thank you for everyone who supported our Longest Day of Golf event! The proceeds are going towards Chronic Limb Ischemia repurposing research at the University of Illinois Chicago. Results from this repurposing project will be available in less than 2 years, will be published and could change the standard of care immediately.

What is Chronic Limb Ischemia?
Chronic Limb Ischemia (CLI) is a severe obstruction of the arteries which markedly reduces blood flow to the extremities (hands, feet and legs), causes extreme discomfort and can lead to amputation. The repurposed treatment current in testing is a combination of an approved device and an approved drug that together, drastically improve circulation and may be able to save limbs!  Research will be led by Dr. George Havelka.
