SUMMER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER
With 50 degree weather forecasted for this week at RMMC, it feels more like summer than winter here. For the rest of you around the country that are experiencing snow and cold, take a moment to think about summer. Hiking, kayaking, sitting in the sun, singing around a campfire, eating chicken barbeque. Plan to make great memories this summer at RMMC either at a Resident, Wilderness, or Family camp!

Online registration is open, or download a paper application at www.rmmc.org. Register before March 1 and receive a $40 discount for any summer youth camp. Save $20 if you register between March 1 and May 31. So get online to register today!

COME VOLUNTEER
If you have interest in volunteering at camp, give us a call (719-687-9506), send an email (info@rmmc.org), or go to rmmc.org and click “Volunteer” to see available slots online.

The upcoming winter retreats at RMMC rely a lot on the help of volunteers. From supervising the tube run, cleaning bathrooms, shoveling paths, and cooking meals, each volunteer makes a weekend at RMMC run great.

We need volunteers to help in the kitchen for the following groups:
  • Jr High Snow Camp (January 19-21)
  • Sr High Snow Camp (February 16-18)
  • Young Adult Snow Camp (February 23-25)
  • Men’s Retreat (March 2-4)
  • FMC Denver Venture Club (guest group) (March 9-11)
  • Spring Mennonite Quilters Retreat (April 19-22)

YOU'VE BEEN SPOTTED!
We spotted Mark Hartwig (Manchester, MO) wearing an RMMC shirt. He is pictured here at an ice rink in St. Louis where he attended skate camp for many years. According to his mother, Christine, “This was Mark's very last day of skate camp. You can't go anymore after age 12. He's loved it for years.” Thanks, Mark, for sharing RMMC with the folks in the ice rink in St. Louis!

Share your "spotted" photo with us. Email it to jenelle@rmmc.org.
