Friday Dharma Talk, July 14, 6:00-8:00 pm
Luang Por Sumedho has been practicing as a monk for over fifty years. He shares the insights and experience he has developed investigating the Four Noble Truths, and offers a perspective on the world that points to liberation rather than entanglement and confusion. He encourages us  to cultivate wise intuitive awareness in ways that are moving, humorous, refreshing and enlightening. Note the 6 PM start time.


SIMS Picnic
Saturday, August 13, 1:00-3:00 pm. Magnuson Park, Seattle -- Shelter #1
Join fellow Sangha members, family and friends at our annual picnic. Bring something vegetarian to share and your sense of play!

Residential Retreat: with

September 1 to 8 at the Cloud Mountain Retreat Center, Castle Rock, WA.
This retreat is open to others but is an especially meaningful time for Sangha members.
