We will get a parade of fireworks on the way to and from the show in everyone's backyard. It will be sure to be a Spectacular Evening on the water and Celebration of our Country! Wear your Red White and Blue, Enjoy your favorite beverages, and lets light up the waterways of the City of Fort Lauderdale on Kayaks. Run 4 Freedom is a family friendly event that includes a race distance for all ages: a 4 mile race for youth, adults, and senior sneakers on a scenic course in John Prince Park (sign up as a team of 4 and compete for the Freedom Trophy), and the Cupcake Dash for 7 and under.
After the race there will be food, music, local vendors, and other activities in John Prince Park for everyone to enjoy.
