Empire State Motorcycle Safety Education Program (ESMSEP) would like to wish everyone a safe, prosperous, healthy & memorable New Year with a special Thank You to all our Members and Sponsoring Partners for making 2018 a good year for us to continue our goal of the Promotion of Motorcycle Awareness & the Benefits of Rider Education for Free. The support of our Members is the key factor for us, plus the support of our Sponsoring Partners not only allows us have a working program, but to have an incentive for motorcyclists in our region to become members with all their offered discounts so we can continue our efforts of free education to help riders recognize situations for adjustment to hopefully avoid any conflicts and possibly reduce those unwanted statistics we see every year. Again we Thank You and ask everyone, whether you’re a member or not, to support our Sponsoring Partners – they are 100% + behind the motorcycling community and efforts for safer motorcycling.

From March to mid-June 2018; ESMSEP did approximately 24 seminars throughout the region of lower New York State at libraries, dealerships, club/group meetings and rallies with a few more done in the late summer and early autumn. We presented information to nearly a 1000 riders to hopefully help them become more proficient with their skills and knowledge plus interacted with hundreds more at area events and rallies. The feedback response from our seminars have been overwhelming positive and supportive, which is always great to hear that riders want to take the steps to make their riding safer.

For 2019 we are once again gearing up to maintain our goals of Motorcycle Safety Information to the riding community for FREE. We hope to schedule as many and possibly more seminars for 2019, we are already setting dates for the upcoming late winter/early spring and will be starting to post seminar dates and locations as soon as they are confirmed, so do not forget to check our website schedule for information – www.motorcyclesafetyprogram.org  We will also be posting area events again for 2019 when we receive them. If your group has an event that you would like to go out with our email updates and to be posted on our website, you can email the information/flyer to admin@motorcyclesafetyprogram.org

We will be starting 2019, as we have done in years past, setting up at the WBAB Cold Finger Run to be available for information and to join everyone in supporting a great event. Though it may be winter, it gives us a positive look ahead to the year for motorcycling with all the camaraderie and memories the open road offers us. Again, we wish all a fantastic 2019 and hope to see you at one of Free Seminars or events that we are supporting.

Stay Warm & Safe,

ESMSEP Staff

To date, there is no one in NYS that presently addresses what we do..

ESMSEP has a Member Benefit Program that includes discounted offers from our Sponsoring Partners. ESMSEP currently has 80+ Sponsoring Partners listed on our website that have joined our team with many of them offering a benefit offer for our membership that have pledge to support this new exciting venture. All of them are extremely supportive of our task and recognize the value of it for the motorcycling community plus the potential for future customers that appreciate their support of motorcycle safety.
